For my senior thesis I created an interactive installation that explores technology's role in human interaction and communication. Using blob detection in AS3, a camera detects motion and reacts by generating random imagery that is then projected on a wall.

About
My name is Megs, (Megan if you want to be picky), and I'm a Visual & UI Designer working out of the San Francisco area. I'm interested in all forms of visual communication, but recently have been focusing on application and mobile design.
I've been making websites since 2000 and never stopped. It started back in 8th grade when I signed up for an Angelfire account and taught myself HTML. A couple of versions of Photoshop later I found myself at Tyler School of Art studying Graphic and Interactive Design and after four years of hard work and late nights I picked up a job for a local ad agency. I finished up my last year at school working full-time and graduated this past May.
When I'm not making websites I like to do other things. I sew, sketch and bake (I make awesome vegan chocolate chip cookies). I'm currently residing in the East Bay with my three cats, two birds, and one Carl.
